I get the impression you want people to comment, seeing as tho you put that particular phrase in there... you're naughty.
Anyway... got quicktime pro? you can use it to compress the video... might not need to make it smaller size-wise, just use the compression -- kinda like saving a jpeg in a way... use h.264, or even just mpeg4 and you'll be gold.
