I use Corel Painter X and Adobe Photoshop. First I cut, paste the shapes of the letters written.

Then I use those shape and start overlaying them, distorting them, playing with shapes, and filtering the shapes.

I save each step along the way so I can go back into the layers if I need to pull back or use those steps in other pieces of art.

Then I can use those layers, colors and shapes to create different feelings.
