I like Carmen. She beat me to asking about this picture. It doesn't look familiar, so I'm thinking it is digitally changed manipulated. Would it be asking to much for you to show the original so we could see the motivation (unless this is the original and I just don't recognize it).
The picture is that of looking up at a building at night, on it's side so the orientation makes you view it more as an abstract. No manipulation other than the picture is on it's side.
